Our Glassworking Class Policies
At Bee's Stained Glass, we value your commitment to exploring the art of stained glass and related glassworking fields. That is why we have placed these class policies in affect to support your creative journey safely.

If you're running late or unable to attend a glassworking class, please inform us in advance.
Dress Code and Safety Requirements
Safety is our priority at Bee's Stained Glass. Students must wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and safety glasses in all glassworking classes.
Face masks are optional. If you want to wear one during, you are free to do so, but we do not require them.

Studio Rules
1. Do not come to class sick. If you are sick, please contact us, and we will help you make other arrangements for you to finish your class.
2. All glassworking classes require at least a $30 deposit to reserve a space. The remaining balance of the class fee must be paid in full at the start of the class. Accepted payment methods include checks, cash, and credit cards.
- When tools and/or supplies are required for a glassworking class, please make the purchases in advance if possible. If not, the required tools and/or supplies need to be paid for by the end of the first class, unless the teacher states otherwise.
3. Refund Policy:
- Two or More Weeks Before the Class Start Date: Full refund back in the same form as the original payment. (Example: No refunds in cash if the class was paid for through a credit card.)
- One Week Before the Class Start Date: Full store credit for another class or workshop.
- Less than One Week Before the Class Start Date: No credit.
4. Any glassworking classes cancelled by Bee's Stained Glass, be it due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or lack of enrollment, will be rescheduled, or you will receive a store credit for another class or workshop.
- In cases of questionable weather, a decision on whether to cancel the class will be made two hours before the class start time. We will call the number you provided to notify you of a cancellation. If you require more than 2 hours' notice, please let us know when you sign up for a glassworking class or workshop.
- If your glassworking class is not cancelled but you choose not to attend due to the weather, you will receive class credit if you contact us in advance to let us know.
5. Students who miss classes and don't make prior arrangements with us are not entitled to make-up classes. Please check your schedules!
6. No cell phones in class. If you have them with you, please put them on vibrate to avoid disturbing the rest of the class. If you are expecting any important calls during class, please step outside to answer them.
7. For us to teach a glassworking class, we will need a minimum of two students enrolled. If a class does not have the minimum number of students, you will be contacted and rescheduled.
Hold Harmless Waiver
Participants agree to hold harmless Bee's Stained Glass, its officials, its employees, and its agents on any claims for personal injury and/or property damage in which damage and injury are or appear to be proximately caused in whole or in part by their participation in this program. You will be required to sign a waiver prior to any instruction.
Photo Permission
Participants give permission for Bee's Stained Glass to use, without limitation or obligation, photographs that may include their image or artwork for purposes of promoting our programs. We do not sell any pictures or information about our students.
